Important Notes:

  • Course registration is mandatory six days prior to the commencement of each semester.
  • Number of Regular Classes/Teaching and Learning Process days: 6 days/week @15 weeks (excluding examination days).
  • The second Saturday of each month will be observed as a holiday.
  • Number of examination days (excluding evaluation days) shall be 22 to 25 days in each semester.
  • Evaluation shall be completed within 8-10 days from the date of completion of the examinations.
  • If any of the holidays/restricted holidays for festivals do not fall on the date/day notified, necessary modifications will be made as per government notification.
  • The Technical fest (Consortium) is scheduled to be held from 18 to 24 October in each year.
  • The Sports Week, Traditional Day, and Annual Day events will be scheduled for the second week of April in each year.
  • Graduation Day is tentatively scheduled for the second week of July in each year.
  • Any other modifications may be done only with due approval from the members of the Academic Council.
