The Institute helps the B.Tech, MBA and B-Pharmacy Students to imbibe Culture, Knowledge and Sportsman Spirit during their Study Period.

The Institute also organises events like Traditional Day, Annual Day, Fashion Shows, Rockshows, Staff Picnic and other Cultural Events like Danz Pavimento a State Level Dance Competition and a Musical Nite’s with International Repute celebrities during Annual Day Celebrations.

MLRITM has been conducting Traditional Day every year. The purpose of Celebrating traditional day is basically to imbibe a spirit of Oneness, where the First year Students who have joined the Institute shed their Inhibitions, play and dine together with their seniors and recollect the old traditions & glory of the Past. Apart from that the traditional day is being celebrated with a purpose of removing fear and as a measure of Anti-Ragging activity.

Republic Day (26-01-2023)

Republic Day commemorates the spirit of independent and individual India. It was on this day in 1930 when the Indian National Congress proclaimed Purna Swaraj, the declaration of India’s independence from colonial rule. The day also commemorates Indian citizens’ power to choose their government democratically.

Orientation Day (04-11-2022)

Students of MLRITM celebrated the Traditional Day to promote “ Traditional Day “which is based on the concept where the individual or social differences in physical attributes, skin colour, castes, creed, cultural and religious practices, etc. are not looked upon as a conflict. Rather, these differences are looked upon as varieties that enrich the society and the nation as a whole Traditional Day was held on 03-10-2020 at the college. It was an eventful day. It was observed as a celebration of India’s diverse culture. It’s a day designated for people to come in traditional attire from their home state, or specific culture of their choice.

Event was inaugurated with lamp lightening and Saraswati pooja by Principal Dr. K. Venkateswara Reddy This is followed by classical dance performance of ganesh vandana by Kartikee and Nidhi. Principal addressed the gathering and explained the richness of Indian culture and traditions.

Independence Day (15-08-2022)

Independence Day is celebrated annually on 15 August as a national holiday in India commemorating the nation’s independence from the United Kingdom on 15 August 1947, the day when the provisions of the 1947 Indian Independence Act, which transferred legislative sovereignty to the Indian Constituent Assembly, came into effect. India retained King George VI as head of state until its transition to a republic, when the nation adopted the Constitution of India on 26 January 1950 (celebrated as Indian Republic Day) and replaced the dominion prefix, Dominion of India, with the enactment of the sovereign law Constitution of India. India attained independence following the Independence Movement noted for largely non-violent resistance and civil disobedience.
