- Ensure HR compliance, digital HR management systems, and e-governance practices.
- Promote employee engagement, recognition, motivation, and workplace wellness initiatives.
- Manage grievance redressal, transparency, and ethical workplace practices.
- Support accreditation requirements and strategic HR planning in coordination with management.
