Women Grievance Redressal Committee
The Women Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted at the beginning of every academic year with one of the senior woman faculty members as Convener. The Committee meets every month to discuss welfare schemes for women employees and girl students. It also meets as and when a grievance is addressed. Continuous efforts are underway to make the committee more proactive.

To create awareness about women’s rights and to empower women.

The college visualizes a future where women empowerment is no longer a goal but a reality. Ensuring impartiality in society by extending academic, emotional, and moral support along with justice is the focal point of the institution’s vision.

To empower women in all spheres of life, enabling them to become agents of social and economic change. The mission focuses on promoting gender equality in a democratic society by supporting the social, educational, and economic development of women and girls.
Objectives

- Ensure girls acquire social and technical skills for modern careers.
- Assert the importance of spiritual, economic, social, racial, and gender equality.
- Create social awareness about women’s issues and gender discrimination.
- Prevent sexual harassment and promote the well-being of women staff and students.
- Maintain a dignified and congenial working and learning environment.
