Key Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership for academic, administrative, research, and innovation excellence.
Align institutional goals with NEP 2020, SDGs, NBA, NAAC, AICTE, University regulations, and industry needs.
Foster ethics, inclusivity, interdisciplinary culture, and digital transformation.
Lead accreditation, rankings, and benchmarking (NAAC, NBA, NIRF).
Monitor institutional KPIs through data-driven dashboards and analytics.
Promote research, consultancy, entrepreneurship, incubation, and global collaborations.
