The Games and Sports committee was constituted comprising both staff and well trained Physical directors to support the activities of department of Physical Education.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• To develop and maintain the sports infrastructure/ facilities.
• To procure required sports and fitness equipment.
• To prepare and monitor the sports teams for different inter college/ inter university/ state/ National level tournaments.
• To create awareness about the importance of physical activity/ sports and motivating students towards the physical activity/ sports.
• To organize intra-college and inter-college competitions at the college and encourage the Students to participate actively in organizing and conducting various indoor and outdoor Sports and games in the college.

• To maintain records of sports and games events attended by students within the college, within the university and outside at the region/state /national level and their achievements/ Awards.
• To submit annual report on the sports/ events and budget allocations & spent during the Year.

Frequency of Meeting: Minimum 2 times in a Semester or as needed
