The committee focuses on the holistic staff development, executes and monitors all the activities in regard to the staff development. It conducts training, seminars/workshop & supports activities related to continuing education.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• To provide equal and fair treatment to all stakeholders without any bias at all the times.
• To ensure that all issues raised by stakeholders are dealt with courtesy and resolved in stipulated timelines.
• To develop an adequate and timely organizational framework to promptly address and resolve stakeholder’s grievances fairly and equally.
• To provide easy accessibility to the all the stakeholders for an immediate grievance redressal.

Frequency of Meeting: Minimum 2 times in a Semester or as needed
