DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
The college establishes a Discipline Committee to guarantee that students follow the regulations and that the college community maintains discipline, respect, and decorum. The Disciplinary Committee is professionally accomplished by a perfect blend of faculty and students. The Coordinators are delegated with responsibilities for the smooth conduction of Awareness and importance of discipline and Academic Activities disseminating to the students in the Campus
The Committee will monitor the measures taken by the Institute for the upliftment of students Discipline in respect.
Functions & Responsibilities:
- To maintain a quiet and serene academic environment on campus.
- To keep Students from getting into physical errors.
- To ensure that all students have ID cards on them when on campus.
- Enforce a complete ban on pupils using cell phones while in class.
- To keep track of student movement in the college and discourage students from lingering in the hallways during working hours.
- To prevent students from leaving college early without first obtaining authorization from the appropriate authorities.
- Usage of abuse language, Drugs, Smoking and all related un-lawful activities will be completely restricted on college campuses.
- During the college woes, maintain adequate discipline in the college canteen and student waiting room.
Frequency of Meeting: Minimum 2 times in a Semester or as needed
