Examination Guidelines for Candidates
To ensure the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, candidates must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
Before Entering the Examination Hall
- Report to the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Carry your college ID card and Hall Ticket; entry will not be permitted without them.
- Check the seating arrangement displayed on notice boards or LMS before the exam.
- Bring only permitted stationery items (pen, pencil, eraser, calculator if allowed).
Inside the Examination Hall
- Occupy your allotted seat 15 minutes before the exam start time.
- Maintain complete silence and avoid unnecessary movements.
- Keep your ID card and Hall Ticket visible for verification.
- Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, electronic gadgets, or books are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Use only blue or black ink for writing the examination.
During the Examination
- Listen carefully to the invigilator’s instructions.
- Read the question paper carefully before answering.
- Write your roll number and required details clearly on the answer booklet.
- Do not write your name, phone number, or any identification mark on the answer script.
- No borrowing of materials (calculator, scale, pens, etc.) from other students.
- Any kind of malpractice or misconduct will result in strict disciplinary action.
Submission of Answer Script
- Stop writing when instructed; writing after the allotted time will lead to cancellation of the script.
- Ensure all sheets are properly tied or attached and hand over the answer booklet to the invigilator.
- Remain seated until the answer scripts are collected and permission to leave is given.
General Instructions
- Attend examinations in proper dress code as prescribed by the institution.
- In case of any grievance, contact the COE Office through proper channel.
