The Academic Calendar is a structured schedule that outlines the important academic activities of an institution for a specific academic year. It provides detailed information about the commencement of classes, course registration dates, examination schedules, holidays, and other academic events.

The calendar helps students and faculty plan their academic activities effectively by clearly defining teaching periods, assessment timelines, and institutional events. It ensures smooth implementation of the teaching-learning process and maintains academic discipline throughout the semester.

Note:

Course registration is mandatory six days prior to the commencement of each semester.
No. of Regular Classes/Teaching and Learning Process days (6 days/week) @15 weeks, excluding examination days. The second Saturday of each month will be observed as a holiday.
Number of examination days (excluding evaluation days) shall be 22 to 25 days in each semester.
Evaluation shall be completed within 8–10 days from the date of completion of the examinations.
If any of the Holidays/Restricted Holidays for festivals notified above does not fall on the date/day notified, necessary modification will be made as per Government notification.
The Technical Fest (Consortium) is scheduled to be held from 18 to 24 October each year.
The sports week, traditional day, and annual day events of the institute will be scheduled for the second week of April each year.
Graduation Day is tentatively scheduled for the second week of July each year.
Any other modification may be done only with due approval from the member of Academic Council.
