Vision

  • To establish a leading Centre of Excellence that promotes innovation, research, and advanced skill development in alternative energy technologies, fostering sustainable energy solutions through collaboration with industry, academia, and research organizations to meet future energy demands and environmental challenges.

Mission

  • To provide hands-on training, research opportunities, and industry-oriented learning in renewable and alternative energy technologies.
  • To bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world renewable energy implementation through projects, internships, and expert lectures.
  • To promote innovation, interdisciplinary research, and entrepreneurship in solar energy, wind energy, energy storage systems, electric vehicles, and sustainable energy systems.

Objectives

  • To provide technical knowledge and practical training in alternative and renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind, biomass, and hybrid energy systems.
  • To enable hands-on experience with renewable energy systems, energy storage devices, and power conversion technologies.
  • To bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world renewable energy applications and sustainable power solutions.
  • To promote industry interaction, innovation, and research in clean and sustainable energy technologies.

Outcomes

  • Students gain strong understanding of alternative energy technologies and sustainable power generation systems.
  • Ability to design and implement basic renewable energy systems such as solar PV systems and hybrid energy systems.
  • Hands-on experience with energy systems, power electronics converters, and energy management techniques.
  • Improved technical skills and industry readiness for careers in renewable energy and sustainable power sectors.
