Functions and Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget estimates for income from fees, grants, and reimbursements, including fee reimbursements from the government.
• Solicit and evaluate expenditure proposals from various committees, prioritize them, and draft a provisional budget for timely submission to the Governing Body.
• Plan and ensure the optimal utilization of resources through effective fund management.
• Develop a comprehensive expenditure plan for the institution’s day-to-day operations.
• Compile and prepare audited account reports for all financial activities.
• Approve expenditures for the procurement of major equipment, as recommended by the Governing Body.
• Authorize expenditures for constructing new buildings upon obtaining Governing Body approval.
• Update budgetary provisions by assessing the financial implications of various institutional plans.
